About the Author

Tyler Smith

Founder & CEO, SkySlope

Tyler Smith was born and raised in Sacramento, California. He bought his first house at age 20 and jumped into real estate. With help from real estate coach and trainer Brian Buffini, Tyler's business took off. Eventually, he employed three assistants: two buyers' agents and a listing coordinator, and was selling 264 homes a year by 2009.

Tyler faced a mountain of paperwork that grew bigger the more successful he became. He experimented with available transaction management products, but none met his needs. So he fashioned his own online platform, SkySlope. 

In 2011, Tyler was named one of REALTOR Magazine's 30 under 30. The article featured Tyler and his transaction management platform, SkySlope. After the article, SkySlope started growing organically by word of mouth.

Today, SkySlope serves subscribers all over the United States. Tyler now works full time running and constantly growing SkySlope.
