SkySlope provides transaction management solutions to real estate agents and brokers across the nation. SkySlope helps brokers take their office paperless, saving them time and money as well as reducing overall paper consumption.
We are looking for a detail oriented, hard working, support rep to help our company grow. The ideal Support Representative will ensure excellent customer service through immediate response to customer inquiries via email, live chat, community forum, and phone with the goal of building long term relationships with existing clients.
• Field inbound customer support emails, live chats, community posts, and phone calls.
• Respond in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Become a SkySlope expert that is confident in his or her abilities to solve any problem
• Testing new features/products and providing feedback
• Bug testing
